Prohibited Activities and Restrictions

This system is NOT intended for use by any person who is, and you are not permitted to use the system if you are under the age of 16. You may not use this system if you are identified on any US government list of prohibited, sanctioned, or restricted parties, or if you are located in a country that is subject to a US government, embargo, or has been designated by the US government as a terrorist supporting country.
